Granite shine with coconut oil

This just happened. Shiny granite countertops with coconut oil. Too easy. Just scoop out and polish with a clean dish cloth. 

TV is a reward

When we get home from school, before the TV is turned on... I have the girls clean up a section of the house that they have destroyed. Set the timer and they move quicker.

Taco lettuce wraps

Lately we are eating less carbs and more green stuff. Traditional taco Tuesday has turned into lettuce wrap tacos with taco seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and romaine lettuce with a drizzle of saracha. I could about 9 of these. Everyday.
